2 liters of full fat milk
120 gms of rice
40 grams of sugar
Rose water 3-4 drops
100 grams almond
10 grams of dry rose petals
25 grams of almonds

To make a delicious almond rose kheer, first soak the rice in water for 20 minutes.
Now heat the milk in a heavy bottom pan. When the milk comes to boil, then reduce the heat. Boil the milk until it becomes half on a low flame.
After this, take out the water of rice rice and put it in milk. Now cook it on a low flame until the rice is well cooked and thickened.
Now add chopped almonds and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame. When the kheer becomes thick and creamy, add sugar to it.
Keep this kheer aside for cooling. Once the kheer once cools, add rose water and mix it. Keep the kheer in the fridge until it is served.
Now hit the chopped almonds at 180 degrees in the oven for 5 minutes. After this, serve garlic with garlic paste and dried rose petals.
