Ayodhya dispute settlement with mediation, Supreme Court has fixed three names

Ayodhya Case Supreme Court Verdict: The Supreme Court has given a major ruling in the Ayodhya land dispute. A five-member bench, headed by Justice Ranjan Gogoi, said that the solution of this case is through mediation.

For this, the Arbitration Committee has been constituted. The committee will be headed by Retired Justice Ibrahim Khalifullah. Apart from this, these committees include Shree Shree Ravishankar and Shriram Panchu.

The Supreme Court said in its decision that this entire arbitration process will be in Ayodhya. It will not have any media reporting. The process of mediation has to start in a week. Four weeks after the arbitration, a progress report has been sought. The process of arbitration will end in eight weeks. After this the committee will have to submit its final report.

In the Supreme Court, in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case, CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the mediation proceedings under the court’s supervision will be in a confidential manner. Arbitration proceedings should be organized on-camera. The mediation process will be conducted in Faizabad.

Hindu Mahasabha’s counsel Vishnu Shankar Jain said that we do not think this matter can be solved through mediation, but since the Honorable court has kept a procedure. We will wait and see.

The Muslim party, Iqbal Ansari, said that it is better if negotiations are resolved. We want to decide on the matter.

The Supreme Court said that if the arbitrators think that some people are included in this panel, then they can be included. The Uttar Pradesh Government will provide all facilities to the mediators in Faizabad. Mediators may seek more legal assistance as required.

Objection to the name of Shree Shree Ravi Shankar (Ayodhya Case Supreme Court Verdict)

Mahant of Nirmohi Akhara, Sitaram Das said that we have objected to Sri Sri Ravishankar because we do not want any political person to be in the arbitration committee. We only want a legal solution.

After the decision, UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that we will not question SC’s order. In the past, attempts were made to resolve through mediation, but no success was found. Nobody wants to delay the construction of Lord Ram devotee or Saint Ram temple.
