For this, the Arbitration Committee has been constituted. The committee will be headed by Retired Justice Ibrahim Khalifullah. Apart from this, these committees include Shree Shree Ravishankar and Shriram Panchu.

The Supreme Court said in its decision that this entire arbitration process will be in Ayodhya. It will not have any media reporting. The process of mediation has to start in a week. Four weeks after the arbitration, a progress report has been sought. The process of arbitration will end in eight weeks. After this the committee will have to submit its final report.

In the Supreme Court, in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case, CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the mediation proceedings under the court’s supervision will be in a confidential manner. Arbitration proceedings should be organized on-camera. The mediation process will be conducted in Faizabad.
