violation of immigration rules: America is constantly acting against foreign students living illegally. Under this, the trap was set up by the American Administration to set up a fake university and catch the illegal students. At present, 600 Indians are being detained.
In the US, about 600 Indian students have been detained for alleged alleged violation of immigration rules. According to the American Telugu Association (ATA), Indians were detained during the raids conducted by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. ATA mentioned in a Facebook post that the Homeland Security Department, US Immigration and Customs has arrested a large number of Telugu students during the course of action on foreign students across the country.
The association has said that the actions of US agencies were done by targeting foreign students who were living in the country without permission. At the same time, the Homeland Security Department has said that it had set up a fraudulent university in the Firmington Hills (Michigan) to target foreign students living illegally. The matter was mentioned in Detroit on Wednesday in the charges.
The American Telugu Association said that since 2015 the university was part of a federal law enforcement agency undercover operation, which was designed to identify students involved in immigration fraud and to recruit them. According to the allegations, 8 people recruiting students have been accused of being involved in conspiracy to help at least 600 foreign nationals to remain unauthorized in America.

For further action, they are providing guidance to the students and affected parties.

It is reported that the Ambassador and Consulate are working closely with the General Administration. ATA will also hold a webinar related to this matter at 7pm on January 31.
