The police accused him of misleading the case. On the other hand, Governor Kesar Nath Tripathi has submitted his report to the Home Ministry.

Now the matter has reached the highest court of the country. CBI today reached the Supreme Court against the Mamata Government of Bengal, where it shocks from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has said that the hearing of this case will now take place tomorrow, all parties collect evidence.
