Sujay Vikhe Patil joins BJP: Prior to the voting of the Lok Sabha elections, Maharashtra Congress has suffered a major setback. Senior Congress leader and leader of Maharashtra Congress, Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil’s son, Sujay Vikhe Patil joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday.

Senior Congress leader and leader of Maharashtra Congress, Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil’s son, Sujay Vikhe Patil joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday. After joining BJP, Sujay said that Sujay lauded the BJP leaders and praised them. He said that he thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit for this.
Sujay meets BJP leader Girish Mahajan
Earlier there were reports that BJP leader Girish Mahajan had met Sujoy recently and discussed his involvement in BJP. Sujay wanted to contest from Ahmednagar Lok Sabha seat. Sujay had said, “I have been preparing to contest the Lok Sabha elections for the last two years. Whether this seat is available to the Congress or not, I will contest from this place. ” But after refusing to give Ahmednagar seat to the NCP led NCP, it was believed that Sujay was coming to BJP (Sujay Vikhe Patil joins BJP).
Radhakrishna Patil had tried to persuade Sharad Pawar to give Ahmednagar seat to his son Sujoy, but Sharad Pawar denied it. NCP was suggested that if Sujay wants, he can contest from Ahmednagar as a NCP candidate.
