In the CCS meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, senior officials including Home Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, NSA Ajit Doval were present.
Ajit Doval informed the CCS members that a large portion of the top commanders of Jai has been wiped out in an air strike. He told that in this action, 25 top commanders of Jaishan have been killed. The camp that was destroyed was not a normal launch pad or base.
The firing range in the destroyed terrorist camp, explosive test facilities, air-conditioned office for trainers, and barracks were also there for the training personnel. Camps had facilities like swimming pools, recreation centers. These facilities were being provided with the help of Army and ISI. Since the Pulwama terror attack, there were a large number of terrorists in these camps.
